The Law of Attraction - The Law Within You
By Sylviane Nuccio
You are using it everyday of your life, whether you know it or not, whether you understand it or not, whether you believe it or not.
What is it? It’s the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction is the very thing that led you where you are right now. Whether it is your financial situation, your relationships, your job? your home, your car etc…
Why is that the case? The answer is simple. What we focus on we attract into our life.
Now, you may say: “I’ve been wanting to be rich all my life, but I still don’t have money!” “ I have been wanting to be thin all my life, but I am still over-weight.” Well, the law of attraction does not work on simple wishes, it works on what we really focus on.
Let’s say you want money but all you think about is the bills that you have to pay or the debts you have; you are not going to be attracting the money you wish for, you are going to attract more bills and more debts, because even though you may wish you had money you real focus and emotions are on your bills, your debts, your LACK of money.
The mere fact of thinking of bills to pay is the proof that you are not focusing on wealth. Your focus is on the bills!
Don’t be thinking about your bills or debts if you want money. Don’t be thinking about your illnesses if you want health. Don’t be thinking of your weight if you want to be lean. Stop focusing on what you DO NOT want. Whatever the mind harbors the law attract. The law doesn’t judge. It will attract whatever you are vibrating with your thoughts and emotions.
So, what do you do? Control your thoughts as much as you possibly can. How do you control your thoughts?
First, Start by making a list of ALL the things you want. Now, let me emphasis here. Make sure you make a list of all the things you really want, not of the things you think you should want or someone else wants for you. This is very important. Also very important, Do not write, I want…, but I have… or I do…., or I live… The word "want" will make you stay in want.
Second, visualize all the things in your list as if you were there and as you do, FEEL the joy, the enthusiasm, and the excitement. Do this everyday.
Third, release everything as if you had already received it and try as best as you can to keep your feelings up. check your feelings every hour or so during the day. If you are feeling bad, sad, anxious, depress or any kind of negative feelings, you know that what ever you are thinking right there is not a positive thought, it is not a thought of health or wealth or anything you want in your life. These are your clues to STOP! And change the channel. One thing that will help you to stay on the right track is to be thankful for what you do have right now and be thankful for all those wonderful things that are coming to you.
Just remember these 3 simple steps: Write, Visualize, Be thankful with enthusiasm. Miracles will start happening.
This said however, It is not always easy to change your Thoughts; for some people it is almost impossible. That is the very reason why many people who have read books and tried different methods to become wealthy have failed, because the root of the problem beyond the thoughts are your BELIEFS.
Whatever your beliefs are on riches, wealth, rich people and so one will always be on the back of your mind even if you try to change your negative thoughts by positive ones. Your beliefs lead to your thoughts in the end. To change your end results led by your thoughts, you need to CHANGE your beliefs.
To change these beliefs, you need to recognize that what you were taught was not always the truth, sometimes even a plain lie.
Once you have recognized that you have had beliefs that have not served you well or even brought you more negative results than positive ones, be daring and try to change your beliefs. For example, if your belief is: “rich people are bad” try to say: “rich people are good” You might not believe it at first, but say it over and over every time a negative feeling about money comes up. Remind yourself that rich people are not worse than poor people and that this kind or belief comes from people who are lacking all their life.
Over time, your belief will change and as your beliefs change your thoughts will change. As your thoughts change, your results will change. You will start to attract to you NEW results, more of the kind that you have always wished for.
Your can use this method of “change beliefs” with different approaches and methods, and they are out there for you to use. The goal is, trash the lies and replace it with the truth, so the bad can give way to the good in your life.

How To Pick The Right Shares This is one of the questions that I’m asked the most and it’s an answer that I like to answer in two ways. The more technical or objective way to answer it is to compare your performance to something concrete. For example the market average in your own country. For us here in Australia it’s the All Ordinaries index which has returned well over 40% in the last few years and has averaged over 10 percent per year over the last 25 years. If you haven’t made a return of at least this rate then you haven’t performed at a satisfactory level. I know it’s a fairly cold way of looking at things but that’s the facts. So consider this, it is a well known fact that 70% of fund managers don’t actually beat the market avera .. [Click to continue]
Big Boys and Girls Don't Cry (At Work) Quite a bit has been written recently about crying at work for some reason. Articles have appeared in the Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post to name a few. The point of these articles has been that especially for the “new generation” of workers, it is acceptable to cry at work. Well, the workers may be changing but the workplace is as unforgiving as ever. OK To Cry There are only two times when it is acceptable to cry at work. The first is when you are physically hurt. If something falls on you, cuts you, bangs into you and you a really hurt – bleeding or not – it is acceptable to cry until or as you are getting First Aid or waiting for the rescue squad to arrive. Of course OSHA .. [Click to continue]
Hypnotherapy Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that is rapidly growing in popularity. Used for everything from obesity and terminal illness to quitting smoking and curing phobias it’s not hard to see why this seemingly mystical method of treatment is attracting so much attention. This article will examine the practice of Hypnotherapy and its effectiveness in making changes to both conscious and unconscious behavioral processes. Unconscious and Conscious Minds Hypnotherapy is based on the principle that we have two ‘minds’. As science confirms, we have a left hemisphere that deals with logic and thought processes and a right hemisphere that is not logical but emotional and governs such processes as creativity. Hypnotherapists recognize th .. [Click to continue]
The Power of Focusing on What Vs How We see it and do it enough times to know just how it works. Resolutions are set, goals written down, strategic action plans put in place. And where does it end up? More often than not, we don't lose the weight, we don't keep the budget, we don't straighten out the relationship ... whatever it is we were after, frustration or despair get in the way and we end up at square one. But getting what we want is easy - REALLY EASY - if we just change our approach. Believe it or not, it isn't about more action, or stronger resolve, or reading yet another self-help book. A simple understanding of one principle changes everything! With the snap of your fingers, you can have/be/do anything you dream of - without the .. [Click to continue]
Questioning Reality - Following Rules vs. Following Your Heart I was watching the animated film Chicken Run with my daughter a couple of weeks back - if you haven't seen it, it's definitely worth a rental, especially if you're into a send up of old concentration-camp-breakout movies. Anyway, Ginger, leader of the fowl breakout plot, rallies her fellow would-be escapees by crying, "You know what the problem is? The fences aren't just round the farm. They're up here, in your heads." It's a line that struck me, while a bit of a cliché, still worthy of a second look. The truth is that we go through our lives making up all kinds of things about the way the world is, creating patterns and rules. This in itself isn't a bad thing, but it can be li ..
